- Cook the bok choi until very tender(10 to 15 min.) when cold, press with your hands to extract all water and chop finely.
- Caramelize the onions and add garlic.
- combinethe 3 ingredients.set aside.
- CRUST
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Work them until they are well amalgamated and soft.
- Divide the dough in eith equal portions and roll them out till very thin (like paper)
- Place the first one in a well buttered mold and pait with melted butter, repit the operation until you have done the first four, fill with the bock choi mixtur.
- Make three wells in the mixture and break an egg in each one.
- Cover the mixture following the same pocedure as before (with butter in between)
- 400 F 35 to 45 minutes (depending in the oven
- Note: An egg wash can be given to the top to make it look shinier.
