Boiled Chicken Backs

- Wash and clean chicken; season meat to taste.
- In large Dutch oven add chicken backs, package of onion soup mix, can of tomatoes and 1/2 pot of water.
- Let chicken and ingredients cook down and add 1 cup of flour to thicken, when chicken is cooked.
