Ingredients

  • 1 lb bok choy
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp creptalliged fructose
  • 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse bok choy in cold water.
  2. Cut stalks diagonally into 1-inch pieces and leaves into thin shreds.
  3. In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the stems for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic, leaves, fructose, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Continue cooking over high heat for 2 minutes more.
