Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 thin slice bologna
  • scrambled eggs

Instructions

  1. Put 1/4 cup water in a small Teflon frypan.
  2. Heat to medium heat.
  3. Place 1 thin slice of bologna in the heated water; it will form a bubble after cooking.
  4. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Carefully remove the bologna slice from water.
  6. Fill the bologna with scrambled eggs and serve.
