Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. burger (can use deer burger)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke (hickory smoke salt)
  • 2 Tbsp. tender quik salt (meat tenderizer)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly for 5 minutes.
  2. Divide the mixture into 2 rolls and wrap each in foil.
  3. Refrigerate the wrapped rolls for 24 hours.
  4. Poke holes in the bottom of the foil-wrapped rolls.
  5. Bake on a broiler pan at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours.
