Savory boneless chicken breasts wrapped in bacon and dried beef, baked with a creamy mushroom sauce, perfect for comforting family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • bacon
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • dried beef

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a pan with dried beef.
  2. Wrap each chicken breast in one slice of bacon.
  3. Place the wrapped chicken breasts on top of the dried beef in the pan.
  4. Mix the sour cream with the can of cream of mushroom soup.
  5. Pour the mushroom soup mixture over the chicken breasts.
  6. Bake for 2 hours at 300°F.
  7. Then increase the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional hour.
  8. Thin chicken breasts may require less cooking time.
