  1. Clean the pork head and cut it into pieces.
  2. Cover all the meat with water and cook until done.
  3. Allow the meat to cool completely.
  4. Remove all bones from the meat and skin the tongue.
  5. Cut all the meat into small pieces.
  6. Proceed to assemble and serve the Bonty-Hoss.
