Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed and chopped
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
  • pepper
  • 1 lb. tenderloin beef, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, sugar, water, garlic, green onion and pepper in a large baking dish.
  2. Add beef and onion to marinade and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
  3. Add sesame oil to marinated beef mix and mix well.
  4. Cook on power 8 for 6 to 7 minutes or until meat loses its pink color.
  5. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
