Ingredients

  • 3 c. sweet milk
  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cook sweet milk, butter, salt, and cornmeal until mush.
  2. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl.
  3. Beat eggs in one at a time and add sugar.
  4. Pour the mixture into a deep dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
