Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder

Instructions

  1. Beat all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
  3. Bake 20 minutes at 425° or until done.
  4. Do not overbake.
