Bottomless Pie (Apple)

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or oleo
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Place sliced apples in greased 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Mix together soft butter or oleo, brown sugar, flour, spices and egg.
  3. Drop by teaspoon on top of apples.
  4. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
