Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • a little salt
  • 2 eggs
  • sweet milk
  • meat broth with meat pieces and potato chunks

Instructions

  1. To make the pie crust, combine flour and a little salt in a bowl, then rub in the beaten eggs.
  2. Add sweet milk to the flour mixture until a soft dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough thin and cut it into squares.
  4. Boil the meat broth with meat pieces and potato chunks, then drop in squares of dough one at a time.
  5. Continue adding squares of dough to the boiling broth until all dough is used up.
  6. Ensure the broth remains boiling when adding more dough, and cook until the potatoes are done.
