Brandied Prunes

Ingredients

  • 24 None prunes, pitted
  • 1 tbsp brandy
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tbsp toasted sliced almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 2 oz white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Combine prunes and brandy in a medium bowl. Let stand for 15 mins.
  2. Meanwhile, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar in a small bowl. Stir in nuts. Drain brandy from prunes then stir into cream cheese. Transfer to a piping bag then pipe into prunes and place on a wire rack.
  3. Drizzle prunes with melted chocolate then let set at room temperature.
