- Wash and hull the strawberries; blot dry on paper towels.
- Peel the peaches, cut into halves, and remove the pits.
- Place the prepared fruits in a shallow crystal bowl.
- Sprinkle the fruits with sugar; layer strawberries and peaches, sprinkling lightly with sugar to taste.
- Stir the brandy into the undiluted orange juice concentrate.
- Pour the orange juice mixture over the fruits and gently mix to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve in individual small bowls.
