Ingredients

  • 20 1/2 oz. can pineapple chunks (reserve syrup)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 1 teaspoon fresh mint leaves or dried mint leaves
  • fruit (apples, pears, nectarines)

Instructions

  1. Cut apples, pears, and nectarines into pieces.
  2. Pour the pineapple syrup mixture over the cut fruit.
  3. Add honey, brandy, and mint leaves to the mixture.
  4. Marinate the fruit in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
