Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons oleo or oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 1/3 cups bread flour
  • 3 teaspoons yeast

Instructions

  1. Set the bread machine to the dough cycle.
  2. Once the cycle is complete, take out the dough and shape it into desired rolls or loaves.
  3. Let the shaped dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  4. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
