Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm potato water
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup Crisco
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 package yeast

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in the bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions and process in the dough cycle.
  2. Remove the dough from the bread machine once the cycle is complete.
  3. Grease appropriate pans and shape the dough into rolls before placing in pans for baking.
