Ingredients

  • 6 lean center pork chops
  • 3 eggs
  • garlic powder
  • tenderizer
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 c. canola oil

Instructions

  1. The night before, sprinkle the pork chops with tenderizer and garlic powder, then refrigerate in a plastic bag.
  2. When ready to cook, leave the chops at room temperature for a while.
  3. Dip the chops in beaten eggs, then coat them with flour, adding extra garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the coated pork chops until golden brown and cooked through, about 15 minutes.
