Bread Machine Roll Mix
Soft, fluffy bread rolls with a slightly sweet flavor, perfect for sandwiches, breakfast or as a side. Easy to make using a bread machine for fresh, homemade results.

- Combine the bread flour, sugar, nonfat dry milk, and salt in a bowl.
- Place warm water in the bread machine pan.
- Add the dry ingredients to the water in the bread machine.
- Top with margarine and dry yeast.
- Select the dough setting on the bread machine.
- After 5 minutes, check the mixture and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed.
- When the cycle is complete, turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface.
- Punch down the dough.
- Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12 portions.
- Shape each portion into a ball.
- Place the balls on a lightly greased pan.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
