Ingredients

  • 5 slices bread, cubed
  • 1/2 qt. milk (2 c.)
  • 1/2 c. lite cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a large bowl, combine bread, milk and cream.
