Ingredients

  • 6 or 7 bread slices
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small box raisins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Crumble bread slices into a large bowl.
  2. Add evaporated milk and soak for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add sugar, cinnamon, salt, raisins, vanilla, chopped pecans, and beaten eggs.
  4. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  5. Pour mixture into a microwave Bundt pan or ring.
  6. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes at 70% power in the microwave.
  7. Turn halfway through cooking.
