Bread-Raisin Pudding

Ingredients

  • 8 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Place bread cubes in greased crock-pot.
  2. In a bowl mix eggs, well-beaten, sugar, melted butter and milk.
  3. Stir until smooth. Add raisins and nutmeg.
  4. Pour over bread.
  5. Mix lightly and cook on high 1 hour, then low 3 to 4 hours.
