Instructions
- Blend oats until fine.
- Remove from blender.
- Blend remaining ingredients (except flour) until smooth.
- Stir together all ingredients.
- Roll dough between hands to form into sticks (use flour on hands to keep from sticking).
- Bake at 350°.
