Ingredients

  • 2 lb. boneless chicken breast fillets
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm breadcrumbs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. cooking wine

Instructions

  1. Mix cooking wine with cream of chicken soup; set aside.
  2. Mix melted margarine with bread crumbs; set aside.
  3. Dip chicken pieces into the soup mixture, then roll in the bread crumbs.
  4. Place breaded chicken on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 25 minutes.
