- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place turkey cutlets in a medium bowl and cover with water.
- Add lemon juice to the water.
- In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, dried oregano, pepper, salt, poultry seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Mix the breadcrumb mixture well.
- One at a time, remove a cutlet from water and dip into the breadcrumb mixture, turning once to coat both sides.
- Place the breaded cutlets in a shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Drizzle vegetable oil over the breaded cutlets.
- Bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
