Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. turkey cutlets
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place turkey cutlets in a medium bowl and cover with water.
  3. Add lemon juice to the water.
  4. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, dried oregano, pepper, salt, poultry seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Mix the breadcrumb mixture well.
  6. One at a time, remove a cutlet from water and dip into the breadcrumb mixture, turning once to coat both sides.
  7. Place the breaded cutlets in a shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  8. Drizzle vegetable oil over the breaded cutlets.
  9. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
