Tips & Substitutions

For a lighter version, consider using reduced-fat cream cheese. You can also substitute half of the sugar with a sugar alternative to cut calories. Make sure to seal the edges of the crescent rolls to prevent the filling from leaking. If you want a flavor twist, add a teaspoon of almond extract along with the vanilla.

Serving Suggestions

This breakfast cheesecake is delicious served warm, but also great at room temperature. Pair it with fresh fruit like berries or sliced bananas for a refreshing contrast. A dollop of whipped cream can enhance the experience. It also pairs beautifully with Zucchini-Chive Biscuits for a delightful brunch spread.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place slices in the microwave for 15-20 seconds, or warm them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes until heated through. This helps retain the creaminess of the filling.
