Ingredients

  • 4 oz. pineapple juice
  • 2 oz. coconut cream
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 2 oz. white rum
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 lime slice

Instructions

  1. Process the pineapple juice in a blender.
  2. Add coconut cream, banana chunks, and ice cubes to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a tall glass.
  4. Garnish with a lime slice before serving.
