Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 package fully cooked sausage patties
  • 1 tomato, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Unroll the refrigerated pizza crust and press it into a 10-inch round pizza pan or a 9-inch by 2-inch pan.
  3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. While the crust is baking, cook the sausage patties if they are not already cooked.
  5. In a bowl, beat the eggs.
  6. Once the crust is baked, spread the cooked sausage evenly over it.
  7. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage.
  8. Arrange the tomato slices on top.
  9. Sprinkle shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese over everything.
  10. Bake the assembled pizza at 425°F for an additional 10-12 minutes or until the eggs are set and cheese is melted.
