- This is very basic and you can adjust anyway that you like.
- Lighly spray oil in large pyrex chaffing dish.
- Brown sausage, drain on paper towels. Beat eggs, milk, salt & pepper together. Add drain sausage. Thinly slice basil and add to mixture.
- Having toasted cubed bread, add to mixture, add cheese and pour entire content into chaffing dish. Should be about 1/2 inch from top edge.Add more eggs and milk if you wish.
- Top entire legnth of dish with sliced tomatoes. Bake in preheated oven @ 375 about 20-30 min. Center will set last, but remember eggs will continue to cook after being taken out of oven for several more minutes. Serve with salsa
