Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. herbed croutons
  • 2 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Place croutons in dish; top with cheese.
  2. Cook sausage; drain. Put on top of cheese.
  3. Mix eggs, mustard, milk, mushrooms and soup; pour over sausage.
  4. May be refrigerated overnight and reheated.
  5. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300°.
