Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Sift together the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Add melted butter, egg and milk to flour mixture. Cook in greased griddle.
