Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
  • 1 pkg. brown and serve sausage links, sliced
  • 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it over the bottom and sides of a 12-inch pizza pan to form the crust.
  2. Sprinkle sliced sausage links, thawed hash brown potatoes, and grated Cheddar cheese evenly over the dough.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, a pinch of salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture carefully over the layered ingredients on the pizza.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes until the eggs are set and the crust is golden.
