Ingredients

  • 14 oz. box Minute rice
  • 1 lb. bacon, chopped
  • 8 eggs
  • soy sauce
  • chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Minute rice according to directions. Fry bacon and drain. Scramble eggs. Chop green onions. In large bowl, combine all these ingredients after cooking. Season with soy sauce to taste.
