Ingredients

  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 7 c. plain flour

Instructions

  1. Mix the yeast into the warm water.
  2. Add the sugar and salt to the water and yeast mixture.
  3. Add the egg, oil, and flour to the mixture.
  4. Mix all ingredients together with a fork until combined.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture overnight.
  6. Shape the dough into rolls and let them rise.
  7. Bake at 325° to 350° until the rolls are brown.
