Ingredients

  • 2 qt. cold water
  • 6 individual tea bags

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil.
  2. Pour the hot water into a heat-proof pitcher or bowl.
  3. Add 6 tea bags to the hot water, cover, and steep for 4 minutes.
  4. Remove the tea bags from the water.
  5. Add sugar to taste and stir until dissolved.
  6. Allow the tea to cool, then refrigerate until chilled before serving.
