Ingredients

  • 28 marshmallows, cut small
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1 small bottle cherries, chopped small
  • 1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Drain
  2. pineapple juice into saucepan with 2 tablespoons cherry juice.
  3. Heat
  4. and add
  5. marshmallows to dissolve. Add fruit and nuts
  6. and
  7. cool.
  8. Add
  9. whipped
  10. cream and fold into mixture.
  11. Pour into
  12. individual
  13. molds, regular mold, spring-form
  14. pan
  15. or
  16. flat dish.
  17. Chill at least 8 to 12 hours.
  18. Very good.
  19. Can
  20. be used as a salad or a dessert with Cool Whip and cherry on top.
