Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream or 6 oz. Cool Whip
  • chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix together lime Jell-O and sugar in hot water.
  2. Chill until syrupy.
  3. Fold next 3 ingredients into Jell-O mixture.
  4. Fold Cool Whip into Jell-O mixture.
  5. Chill for several hours.
