Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 1/2 pound brie cheese ripe
  • 2 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Bake pie dough in a pre-heated 425 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove all the rind from the Brie; cube.
  3. In a double boiler, slowly melt Brie. Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring frequently.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture into the pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
