- Put a little bit of margarine in a pan over medium heat.
- When margarine is melted, pour the condensed milk in the pan and stir constantly for 5 minutes.
- Add honey and as much cocoa powder as you like.
- Keep stirring; don't stop stirring!
- When it boils and you can see the bottom of the pan, take it off the heat.
- When cool, make very little balls and roll them in chocolate sprinkles or coconut.
