Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli (fresh)
  • 1 box bow macaroni
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli until tender.
  2. Cook the bow macaroni until just done, avoiding overcooking.
  3. Rinse and strain the broccoli and macaroni to cool slightly.
  4. Mix salt, pepper, and garlic to taste, then add the broccoli and macaroni.
  5. Stir all ingredients together and add Italian dressing to taste.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
