Ingredients

  • 2 heads fresh broccoli
  • 1 lb. rigatoni
  • 2 pieces fresh garlic
  • 1/2 c. pignoli nuts
  • 1/2 c. dried tomatoes
  • 1/3 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni pasta to desired texture.
  2. Cut broccoli into florets and slice garlic; steam until tender.
  3. Add steamed broccoli to cooked pasta.
  4. Stir in pignoli nuts and dried tomatoes.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to combine.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
