Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 12 oz. cottage cheese
  • 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces
  • 3 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease an 8-inch casserole dish.
  3. Mix the thawed and drained chopped broccoli, beaten eggs, cottage cheese, grated Cheddar cheese, salt, and flour in a bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
  5. Bake uncovered for 1 hour until set and golden on top.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.
