A creamy broccoli casserole topped with buttery crackers, cheesy goodness, and golden crust—perfect for family dinners, potlucks, or comforting side dishes.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 packages Waverly crackers

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli as on package.
  2. Spray casserole dish.
  3. Melt two sticks of butter and Velveeta cheese together.
  4. Pour the melted cheese and butter mixture over the cooked broccoli.
  5. Break up 1 1/2 packages of Waverly crackers and mix them into the broccoli, cheese, and butter mixture.
  6. Break up 1/2 package of crackers or more, as desired, and sprinkle on top of the broccoli mixture.
  7. Melt the last stick of butter.
  8. Pour the melted butter over the cracker topping.
  9. Cover the casserole and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) until cheese starts to bubble and the top is golden brown, about 30 minutes.
