Caramel Fudge Jumbles are delightful no-bake bars with crispy oats, peanuts, and rich caramel, topped with chocolate and butterscotch chips—perfect for satisfying sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. Mix Rice Krispies, oats, and peanuts in a bowl.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the caramels and mix with water.
  4. Pour the melted caramel over the cereal mixture and toss until well coated.
  5. Press the mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips and butterscotch chips evenly over the cereal mixture.
  7. Bake in a 200°F oven for 5 minutes.
  8. Spread the melted chocolate and butterscotch chips evenly over the bars.
  9. Allow to cool for 1 hour.
  10. Cut into bars and serve.
