Instructions

  1. Put the nonfat dry milk, warm water, and germ in a measuring cup.
  2. Add flour to make 1 cup.
  3. Mix in the flour mixture, soy flour, vegetable oil, yeast, honey, and salt.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  5. Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
  6. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased baking pan.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing.
