Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 1/2 bags frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • sliced onions to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, and Velveeta cheese in a saucepan.
  2. If using fresh vegetables, parboil them until fork-tender.
  3. Drain the sliced water chestnuts and mushrooms.
  4. Combine the melted cheese mixture with the drained vegetables, sliced water chestnuts, mushrooms, and sliced onions.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for approximately 20 minutes or until bubbly.
