Ingredients

  • 1 lb. broccoli
  • 1 lb. cauliflower
  • 1 medium purple onion
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, vinegar, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  2. Cut or chop the broccoli, cauliflower, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables and stir well to combine.
  4. Cover and let set in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
