Broccoli Corn Stuffing Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter ⓘ
- 2 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix, crumbled not cubed ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning ⓘ
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained ⓘ
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs, beaten ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Melt butter in large saucepan until sizzling.
- Add stuffing and poultry seasoning and toss to coat.
- Set aside 1/2 cup for topping.
- To remaining stuffing mixture in saucepan add broccoli, corn, eggs, onion, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Spoon mixture into ungreased 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with reserved stuffing.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge of pan comes out clean.
