Broccoli Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 whole beaten eggs
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 whole small chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg. cornbread mix (Jiffy)

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in order.
  2. Use Pam or grease iron skillet. Heat.
  3. Cook in 450° oven for approximately 20 minutes.
