Ingredients

  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 box frozen broccoli
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 package Monterey Jack peppered cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped celery and onion in a small amount of butter or margarine.
  2. Cook frozen broccoli as directed on the package.
  3. Mix all cooked ingredients together in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  4. Microwave until the cheese melts, stirring every few minutes to prevent burning.
